Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for a Tenant Verification In-Person, get the Tenant Verification form from the nearest police station in Rajasthan.
  2. A copy of the Tenant Verification form for Kota is available online: Application Form
  3. In the procured form, fill the required details of the Landlord.
  4. Under the section of “Particulars of Tenant to whom premises let out”, fill in all the required details of the Tenant.
  5. Fill the detail of anyone of the following ID Proof of the Tenant: Passport, Driving Licence, Arms Licence, Ration card, Voter ID, PAN Card.
  6. Paste a Passport size photograph of the Tenant in the space given.
  7. Sign the form with the date under the space given for “Signature of the Landlord”
  8. Attach Photocopy of Photo ID proof of the Tenant.
  9. Submit the form at the nearest Police Station. Click the link to locate your Police Station Know your Police Station
  10. Pay the processing fee if required.
  11. Receive the acknowledgement receipt and keep it safe for further reference.
  12. Visit the Police Station to get the report once it is ready.



Apply Online - Rajasthan Apply to get Tenant Verification Online with Images

  1. To apply for Tenant Verification online, visit the Rajasthan Online Portal from the link: Apply Online
  2. In the displayed webpage, select citizen services and click on “Verification Form (Tenant/ Verification)”
  3. In the given window, select “Tenant Verification.
  4. Fill all the required details of the Landlord and the Tenant.
  5. Upload the required Photo and Id Proofs.
  6. Attach the required documents in the required file size and format.
  7. Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
  8. Pay the processing fee if required.
  9. Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.
  10. The acknowledgement will be sent to your phone number.
  11. You can Verify the status of your application by selecting “Verification Status (Tenant/Servant)” from “Citizen Services”
  12. Fill the details of the Reference Number and Applicant’s Mobile Number to check the status of your Application.

  1. To register the Tenant’s Details through the RajCop App, Download the app from the play store with the link: RajCop App
  2. Open the App and register your account using your details.
  3. Login with your account and select “Tenant Verification” and fill the required details of the Landlord and Tenant.
  4. Upload the Passport size photo of the Tenant.
  5. Upload the required Id Proof of the Tenant.
  6. Check for any corrections and submit the Application.
  7. The acknowledgement will be sent to your phone number.
