- To transfer shares to Non-Qatari owners, applicant has to visit the commercial registration and licenses department at the MOCI office.

- Now complete the form with necessary information andmake sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
- Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the commercial registration and licenses department in the MOCI office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
- Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
- After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the certificate for transferring shares to Non-Qatari owners on a specified date.

- For Individuals:
- Preliminary licenses to be obtained from competent authorities to perform the activity.
- No objection certificate (NOC) from current partners.
- Copy of Qatari ID card (for residents).
- Copy of passport card (for non-residents).
- Good conduct certificate attested by the concerned authorities in the home country.
- C.V indicating the work experience and an education certificate, approved by the competent authorities.
- Copy of professional license (optional).
- For Companies:
- Preliminary licenses from competent authorities necessary to perform the activity.
- No objection certificate (NOC) from current partners.
- Copy of official and supporting documents of company.
- Copy of commercial registration.
- Copy of establishment ID card.

- Residents who have Qatar ID card and non-residents who have passport are eligible to apply.
- Individuals who have good conduct certificate attested by the concerned authorities in the home country are eligible to apply.
- Applicant who have no objection certificate (NOC) from current partners are eligible to apply
- For Companies
- Companies who have establishment ID card and commercial registration are eligible to apply.
- Applicant who have no objection certificate (NOC) from current partners are eligible to apply.
