Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To request for rehabilitation, applicant has to visit the Public Prosecution office.
2. For Public Prosecution office contact click here: Contact link
3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at Public Prosecution office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the Public Prosecution office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, your request will be taken into consideration.

Apply Online

1. To request for rehabilitation through online, visit the following link: online portal
2. After visiting website, choose the preferable user type to you.
3. If you already have an Tawtheeq account, please enter your private number and password then click on “Login” button.
4. If you don’t have an Tawtheeq account, click on “New user” option.
5. In the next page, if you have valid Qatar ID card please choose “Qatari citizens and residents” option. If you don’t have valid Qatar ID card please choose “Visitors and business representatives” option.
6. Now complete the field with required information then select the ‘I’m not a robot’ checkbox and click on the “Continue” button.
7. In the next page, please enter the required personal information and then click on “Continue” button.
8. In the next page, please enter the new password and click on “Continue” button.
9. You will be redirected to a screen in which contain message to finish registration of your account and tap on the “login” option to login which is available on the right side of the page.
10. Now you will receive an email with a verification link. Verify your email using that link. After verify your email successfully, now the username and password will be activated for new users.
11. After successful login, view the “Services” menu and click on “Other Requests” option then select “Request for Rehabilitation” option.
12. Now complete the form with necessary information and you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on “Send” button to submit the application.
13. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
14. After verification process, your request will be taken into consideration.

Required Documents

• Copy of applicant Qatar ID card.
• Copy of the issued verdict, along with its execution proof and completion, in accordance with the Public Prosecution’s decision or a Court ruling.
