Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To ensure validity of academic certificates, applicant has to visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs office.

3. Applicant has to visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, the validity of the academic certificates will be ensured.

• Applicant who have academic certificate are eligible to apply.

• People who lived in Qatar and graduated from its schools and universities before permanently leaving the country may apply for ensuring the validity of the academic certificates (secondary school or university certificates) issued inside the country. They need this service to complete their studies abroad or work in other countries.
