Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To get an appointment for compound farm inspection, applicant has to visit the Environmental Protection Department at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the environmental protection department in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, appointment will be provided on the specified date and time.

2. If you already have an account, please enter your user name or personal number and password then click on applicable button.
3. If you don’t have an account, click on “Register now” hyperlink and enter the appropriate details then click on applicable button.
4. You will receive an SMS with the password to your registered mobile number.
5. You will be redirected to a screen in which contain login successful message and tap on the “Return to login page” option to login.
6. After successful Login, click on “Environmental Protection Department” option then click on the “Compound Farm Inspection Appointment” option.
7. Now complete the form with personal details and farm details. Then you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below and click on “Save” button.
8. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
9. After verification process, appointment will be provided on the specified date and time.
