  1. To Pay Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan Online, the applicant has to make the payment online via the following link
  2. The applicant has to Click “E-Services” and select “Online Payment Facilities”.
  3. It will direct to the next page. In that, the applicant has to select the type of loan they have to pay.
  4. Next the applicant has to enter the following details that are listed below and click “Next”
    • Membership Category
    • Payment Method
    • Pag-IBIG MID No.
    • Borrower's Name
    • Amortization (PHP)
    • Amount Due (PHP)
    • Convenience Fee (PHP)
    • Total Amount Due (PHP)
  5. Enter the code (CAPTCHA) and agree to “Terms and Conditions” then click “Proceed.”
  6. The system will display “Payment Summary.” You will be asked to check payment details prior to proceeding with payment and click “Submit.”
  7. Choose what Debit/Credit Card will be used for payment.
  8. Accomplish and confirm required debit/credit card details (i.e., debit/credit card no., expiration date, etc.).
  9. Once the payment transaction is completed, the Payment Result will be displayed reflecting the Merchant Reference No. and Payment Reference No. which shall serve as proof of payment.
  10. The member will receive an SMS or Email notification concerning the transaction.
  11. This entire process can be completed within a day.

Need for the DocumentEdit

  • The Pag-IBIG Fund Calamity Loan seeks to provide immediate financial aid to affected Pag-IBIG Fund members in calamity-stricken areas as declared by the Office of the President or the Sangguniang Bayan.
  • The loan is payable within three years or 36 months with the initial payment due on the 3rd month after the loan release. Members may also opt to pay their loans in two years or 24 months.
