STEP 01: If you are a registered OFW you are eligible to obtain a free OFW Card online. If you haven’t registered with OWWA, here’s a link on how you can become an OWWA member – Required Documents Apply for Overseas Workers Welfare Association (OWWA) Membership
STEP 02: Apply for an OFW Card online, please visit link
STEP 03: At the right side of the page, look for and click this banner (Highlighted with RED box):

STEP 04: After clicking the banner, the OWWA OFW e-Card Application Form will appear. Before completing the application form, make sure that you have your valid BalikManggagawa OEC or Exemption number with you.

STEP 05: Provide all the necessary information (complete name, date of birth, contact number, passport number, valid POEA OEC Number, etc.)
STEP 06: Choose a pick-up location by clicking the drop down menu (Encircled in RED).

STEP 07: Tick the Data Privacy Policy box (Encircled in RED) and then click the “Submit Application” button (Highlighted with GREEN box). After submitting your application, you will be issued a tracking number which serves as proof that your application was received by OWWA.

STEP 08: To track the status of your OFW e-card application go to this site - Track you OFW e-card Enter you tracking number or your passport number and birth date. And then, click the “Submit” button (Highlighted in RED).

STEP 09: Once your e-card is ready for pick up, proceed to your chosen OWWA Regional Welfare Office to collect it.
