- To Obtain a Police Clearance Certificate, the applicant has to use the following link – link
- The applicant has to click the “Register” button.
- Read the terms and conditions and then click the “Next” button.
- Also, tick the valid ID and then click the “I agree” button.
- Next, complete the registration page. Once the applicant is done, hit the “Register” button.
- After clicking the “Register” button, a dialog box will appear. Make sure to double-check all the details that the applicant has provided on the page before clicking the “Save” button.
- Enter the details and click the “Sign-in” button.
- Click the “Edit Profile” button, enter all the details and then click the “Save Profile”.
- The next page will show the edited profile. Click the “Clearance Application” button to begin the application process.
- Set up an appointment. the applicant has to select a police station where S/he would like to submit the requirements and the date and time of the appointment.
- Next, select a payment option. Pay for the certificate through “LandBank of the Philippines.”
- Followed by the page will show all the appointment details, check the details, and click the “Save Appointment” button.
- The fee for this procedure is mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
- On the appointment date, the applicant has to go to the chosen police station and present the following: 2 valid IDs, a reference number, and an official receipt of payment.
- Carry all the necessary documents which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Before the clearance is released, the officer will collect the biometrics data (fingerprints, digital signature, and photo)
- After further processing and verification of documents and details, the certificate will be issued as per the notification.
- This entire process can be completed within a day or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

The following are the requirements to be eligible to apply for a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) in the Philippines:

- The applicant must be at least 18 years old.

- A Police Clearance The certificate is issued by the National Bureau of Investigation. In the Philippines, the criminal record information is maintained at the National Bureau of Investigation Department, Philippines Police Force.
- PCC Certifying that the applicant has never partaken in any criminal activity that led to the involvement of the (Philippines Police Force) and is also required when a person applies for immigration status to other countries.
