Odisha - Online Register a Firm or Company through state portal


Step 1 :First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. Please visit the following link to get the required documents list for this procedure:Link for Register a Firm Required Documents page
Step 2 :Please use the following link to apply online :Link for online portal.
Step 3 :User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please select “Partnership Firm Registration” option under “Online Services” session on the right part of the screen. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 4 : User will get “Partnership Firm Registration” popup as shown below.Please select “ONLINE APPLICATION” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 5 :In the successive screen as shown below. Please select “ONLINE APPLICATION” button.Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 6 :User will reach New User Registration screen as shown below. Please complete the page prompts as appropriate and click “Submit” button.Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 7 :Applicant will reach a new screen to process online application. Please process page requirements with applicable details and click respective applicable button to submit application online.
Step 8 :Once the above steps are complete, user getssystem generated application number for the online submission. Keep it safe for future reference.
Step 9 :This submitted application will be processed internally.Notification about the progress or requirement of additional details will be sent to applicant through SMS or email.
Step 10 :Please follow the department guidelines to complete the process.
