Odisha - Online Obtain Non Availability of Birth Certificate (NABC)
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Non Availability of Birth Certificate (NABC)
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please select “Citizen Services” at the right side of the page. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 4 : Now select “Birth and Death” option under “Citizen Services” to apply for non availability certificate. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 5 : In this page please select your district and ULB from the drop down menu to proceed further.
- Step 6 : A popup screen will appear. Read the instructions and click “Close” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image. Then select “Apply For Birth NAC” from the list of available services. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.

- Step 7 : Now the application form page will be available. Please complete all the sections with valid details.
- Step 8 : In the “Attached Document Details” section please upload all the mandatory documents listed. Select “Choose File” option to attach the files. Then click “Upload Attachment” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : Now enter the captcha in the textbox for verification. Then click the checkbox which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED.
- Step 10 : Now follow the screen instructions and complete the payment process to get the certificate.
