Odisha - Online Obtain Contract Labour Licence for Contractor

- Step 2 : To obtain contract labour licence for Contractor online, the applicant shall visit the following link: Apply Online
- Step 3 : In the given page please click on “LOGIN” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image given below at the top right corner.

- Step 4 : Two options will display now, select “Investor Login” tab which is highlighted in “Yellow” in the image given below.

- Step 5 : User will reach Investor Login page. Please choose your category and enter the “User ID”, “Password” , “Captcha” which is pointed in “GREEN” arrow and click “LOGIN” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image given below to login.

- Step 6 : If you are a new user then select “New User Register Now” hyperlink which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below.

- Step 7 : Now, an interface with the two options will appear on the screen. Select appropriate option following the guidelines. If you are a Industrial User, choose “Industrial User Registration” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

- Step 8 : You will reach "Industrial User Registration" page which looks like the image below. At first, you need to enter PAN Details and Investor Details.

- Step 9 : Next, enter the Unit Details and attach appropriate file in the allotted place as shown in the image below.

- Step 10 : In the last section, enter your Login Details and hit on “Next” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image given below to proceed further.

- Step 11 : If you are Non-Industrial User, choose “Non-Industrial User Registration” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

- Step 12 :An another dialogue box will be displayed, select “Yes” button which is pointed in “YELLOW” arrow in the image given below to get to registration page.

- Step 13 : You will reach, "Non-Industrial User Registration" page as shown in the image below. Enter you PAN Details and Investor Details as applicable.

- Step 14 : Next, enter the Unit Details and Login Details sections appropriately and click on “Next” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image given below to proceed further.

- Step 15 : Complete the next two sections of OTP Confirmation by entering OTP number. Finish Success section accordingly and login.
- Step 16 : Once login, applicant will reach dashboard.
- Step 17 : From the list of services, applicant can select “License and Renewal of License for contractors under provisions of The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970” by clicking on right icon.
- Step 18 : Applicant will get online application form. Please fill in all the relevant details as per page prompts.
- Step 19 : Upload required documents as per the prompt.
- Step 20 : Upon submission, the applicant will confirm payment of fees by clicking on the ‘Pay Now’ button.
- Step 21 : Pay necessary fee using payment gateway or by selecting challan to pay over the respective counter.
- Step 22 : Finally submit the application online using applicable button.
- Step 23 : A system generated acknowledgement will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
- Step 24 : An SMS alert will be sent to the applicant regarding application submission.
- Step 25 : Application will be forwarded online to the concerned department.
- Step 26 : After scrutiny by the designated authority, short fall in the documentation if any will be intimated through SMS along with the date of inspection.
- Step 27 : Department authorities will verify the documents, Inspect the premises and clarify their queries.
- Step 28 : The Application along with report will be forwarded to the issuing authority concerned.
- Step 29 : If the applications is found to be correct, applicant will get notification about the sanction through SMS in their registered mobile number.
- Step 30 : This certificate shall be hand delivered or sent through post as per applicable norms.
Note :
- Make sure to keep the “First-Aid Facilities” in the premises during inspection.
- It is advised to submit additional set of copy of the documents and get counter signed for your safety while applying with government department.
