Odisha - Online Complaint about Faulty Electricity Meter (NESCO)

- Step 2 :Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 :On the given page, fill in the mandatory details and click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 4 : After the complaint is submitted the fuse man will visit for the inspection of the faulty meter and replace the meter from the local or centralized location.
- Step 5 : The department will inform to the consumer to either collect the repaired meter or the replaced meter until which the consumer needs to wait until further notice from the department.
- Step 6 : The consumer must follow the department notice and regulations to get the electricity meter fixed.
