Apply Online (FEDERAL INLAND REVENUE SERVICE)

  1. To pay your tax online in Nigeria, please visit the link Link
  2. On the opened page Click on the “PAY TAX ONLINE’’ icon.
  3. Now you will be directed to e-tax payment page, You will be provided with four modes of Payment of your tax through online:
    • REMITA
    • E-TRANSACT ONLINE PAYMENT


PAY THROUGH REMITA:

  1. Click on “PAY ONLINE” option under Remita. link
  2. On the opened page, select the type payment as Pay once/Recurring Payment/Pay e-Invoice.
  3. Now select the type of tax you are about to pay.
  4. Now, please fill all the required details and also please provide your correct email address and contact number.
  5. Now click on add more payments.
  6. Select the payment method you are convenient with and proceed with the payment.
  7. You will receive an acknowledgement and transaction id with a specified reference number through your registered Mobile number. Please keep it safe for future reference.
  8. A successful payment “pop up” indicates the completion of your payment of tax.


PAY THROUGH IE-TRANSACT ONLINE PAYMENT

  1. Click on “E-TRANSACT OBLINE PAYMENT” OPTION. link
  2. On the opened page, select the “Pay Tax” on the right upper side of the page.
  3. Now enter the required details on the opened page.
  4. Now, please fill all the required details and also please provide your correct email address and contact number.
  5. Now click on “I agreed” and proceed with ‘submit”
  6. Select the payment method you are convenient with and proceed with the payment.
  7. You will receive an acknowledgement and transaction id with a specified reference number through your registered Mobile number. Please keept it safe for future reference.
  8. A successful payment “pop up” indicates the completion of your payment of tax.

  • Any person who is the resident of Nigeria whose income is higher than NGN200,000 per annum must pay their tax correctly.
