Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for Sand Winning in person, the applicant has to visit the Estates Department at the Corporate Headquarters Marina, Western Ports Headquarters or Eastern Ports Headquarters (where applicable).

  5. Complete the application form as required with necessary information and attest with your signature.
  6. Then, attach the documents required with the completed form proceed to submit it to the concerned official at the Office for further verification and application processing.
  7. Also pay the required fees for the application process at the office as directed by the officials.
  8. After submission, the application and accompanying documents are subsequently reviewed and verified.
  9. On completion of all the processes, the applicant is issued with the approval for Sand Winning, through any applicable means.
