- Step 2:Please use the following link to apply online: Apply Online.
- Step 3:In the displayed webpage, select the ZRO Location and connection type which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.
- Step 4:In the displayed application form, fill all the required details.
- Step 5:Upload all the required scanned copy of documents in max. 5mb file size and in required format (jpg.,jpeg.,png.,gif.,pdf) .
- Step 6:While filling the details, place the pointer near the “Question Mark” for information and select “+” symbol under documents to be enclosed to add more documents.
- Step 7:Check for any corrections to be made before submitting the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
- Step 8:Pay the required charges through the provided payment mode for which you will receive the payment receipt within 24 hours.
- Step 9:You will receive the acknowledgement for your application through sms or Email.
- Step 10:You could check the status of your application by entering the selecting the “Arn” or File Number” option and then filling the Ref No. in the webpage status
- Step 11:Your application will be further processed to the area officer and necessary site inspections will be made with intimation.
- Step 12:Please keep the required documents ready during site inspection.
- Step 13:After all the requirements and changes have been met by the applicant, the connection will be provided.
