New Delhi - Online Apply for Agriculture Electricity Connection

Step 2 : To apply for Agriculture Electricity Connection online, the applicant shall visit the following link: Apply Online

Step 3 : In the home page, click on “New Connection” tab which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

Step 4 : On the opened page you will see documents required option and online form option. Under documents required field, click on “DECLARATION/UNDERTAKING Form to be downloaded” hypertext which is pointed in “GREEN” in the image below and fill the form.

Step 5 : Once you click on the hypertext, you will reach the Declaration which can be downloaded. A sample of Declaration document is presented in the image below.

Step 6 : Now, come back to the previous tab and click on “Online Form” tab which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image below.

Step 7 : In the ‘New Connection’ page, for Connection Category, select “Agriculture” hypertext which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below.

Step 8 : Now, click against "Choose Category" dropdown menu which is pointed with "RED" arrow in the image below to select the type of load. Then, fill in the consumer details correctly which includes the details of your PAN, Aadhar and other related information.

Step 9 : Next, fill in "Address For Communication/Billing" details of the Agricultural land for which the connection is to be made as given in the image below.

Step 10 : Then, complete the 'List of Document Attached' section. The documents should be with maximum size of 20 MB to upload and only PDF and JPEG formats are supported. Please follow the instruction to upload the respective files as shown in the image below.

Note:

• If the Applicant is an Organization, please follow from Step 14.
  

Step 11 : To upload Identity proof, please click on "Select identity proof" drop down menu which is pointed with "GREEN" arrow in the image below. Select your preferable identity proof and upload it accordingly.

Step 12 : Next, to upload appropriate legal proof, click on "Select legal ownership proof" dropdown menu which is pointed with "RED" arrow in the image below. After selecting the option, upload relevant file.

Step 13 : At the end, upload declaration form along with witness ID proof as mentioned in the page.

Step 14 : Once all the data is entered, kindly check once and click on “I Agree” button which is pointed with “YELLOW” arrow in the image below and if all your required fields are filled correctly, submit button will be viable now.

Step 15 : Lastly, click on the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below.

Note :

• To continue with the rest of the process, please skip to Step 22.
  

Step 16 : Under 'List of Document Attached' section, please click against "Applicant is an Organization" button which is pointed with "YELLOW" arrow in the image below.

Step 17 : The documents should be with maximum size of 20 MB to upload and only PDF and JPEG formats are supported. Please follow the instruction to upload the respective files as shown in the image below.

Step 18: To upload legal proof, click on "Select legal ownership proof" drop down menu which is pointed with "RED" arrow in the image below and upload the file as applicable. Next, upload the rest of the files as prompted.

Step 19 : At the end, upload declaration form along with witness ID proof as mentioned.

Step 20 : Once all the data is entered, kindly check once and click on “I Agree” button which is pointed with “GREEN” arrow in the image below and if all your required fields are filled correctly, submit button will be viable now.

Step 21 : Finally, click on the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 22 : Now application warning will pop up on your screen, if you are confident enough on all the information provided, click on Submit or You can also review once and come back to submit the application.

Step 23 : Enter the OTP sent to your Mobile number.

Step 24 : Now make the payment as per the page prompt option and hit “pay now” to reach payment gateway page and complete payment.

Step 25 : Once the payment is made, a transaction reference number will get generated. Keep it safe.

Step 26 : With the transaction number user can obtain acknowledgement receipt.

Step 27 : This submitted application will be processed further. Notification from department (through SMS or over phone) for further process will reach applicant.

Step 28 : Applicant shall go to the respective office with the printout of application along with other documents and follow the guidelines to get the connection.
