Apply through State Portal

  1. Application for National Contract Carriage Motor cab (All India) Permit can be made through : Online portal
  2. Please click the “PERMIT SERVICES” option under permit tab
  3. In the new screen, Select “New Permit” and hit NEXT
  4. In the next screen presented, Please click “primary” from the drop down option under permit type
  5. Then feed in appropriate option and click select “I Agree”
  6. Hit NEXT to go to the next screen
  7. You have to choose the day and time that you are planning to visit the RTO office related to the application and click “Next” button that is displayed on the bottom of the screen.
  8. Please follow the instructions appropriately that are displayed in the following screens for filling the application forms and making payments and uploading required documents.
  9. Take printout of the application form including acknowledgement and go to RTO office before 11:30 a.m. on the date of appointment and present the completed application forms along with required documents in one of the counter and pay the appropriate fee where the officials would start processing your application.

  • Completed Application form 48 (GRANT OF NATIONAL PERMIT), 46 (GRANT OF AUTHORISATION FOR TOURIST PERMIT OR NATIONAL PERMIT).

  • Original Permit
  • Registration Certificate.
  • Insurance Certificate.
  • Proof of payment of tax for the current quarter.
  • No objection certificate from the financier if the vehicle concerned is covered by HPA / Lease / Hypothecation.
  • Payment of green tax wherever applicable.
