This procedure explains various ways to Apply for Building and Other Construction Registration in Nagpur.


The Labour department, the government of Nagpur provides online facility to user for applying for Building & Other Construction Registration. User can read the instructions and fill the form. Online service is provided by the government to save time of the user. The portal is available in two languages English and Marathi; user can select any of the preferred language. However, the application form can be printed and applied in person along with the necessary documents.

Apply Online through aaplesarkar:

  1. The applicant needs to register on the website: Create User Id
  2. The applicant can login using the credentials and fill the form as instructed.
  3. The applicant can fill the online application form for “Building & Other Construction Registration” in the citizen login section: Apply Online
  4. Submit the application.
  5. After submitting the application, user will get a reference slip or number which should be kept for future reference.
  6. Status of the application can be tracked by the user in “Track your Application” section. For tracking the application, application id or reference number will be required.

Apply online via Public works Department, Government of Maharashtra:

  2. Fill the details required in the application form.
  3. Upload the requisite documents.
  4. Pay the requisite fee online.
  5. Submit the application.

Apply Online through labour Department:

  1. Apply online through portal : Apply Online
  2. Fill the details required in the application form.
  3. Upload the requisite documents.
  4. Pay the requisite fee online.
  5. Applicant has to submit the prescribed documents through post / courier and fill the details of same in his login online.
  6. After receipt of documents the documents along with online application will be scrutinised confirmation is sent to applicant through email and sms.

  8. For tracking the application, application id or inspection number will be required.

Apply Online through MAITRI:

  1. The applicant needs to register on the website of Nagpur Industry, Trade And Investment Facilitation Cell:Log in
  2. The applicant can log in using the credentials and fill the form as instructed.
  3. The applicant can fill the online application form for “building and other construction registration”
  4. Submit the application.
  5. Status of the application can be tracked by the user in “Track your Application” section. For tracking the application, application id or reference number will be required.

Apply Online via e-tendering system:

  1. The applicant needs to register on the website of e-tendering system of government of Maharashtra: Register
  2. New suppliers and contractors needs to enrol and then go for registration.
  3. Submit the application.

Apply in Person:

  1. Applications can also be made in-person through the Labour Department (Government of Maharashtra) offices and sub-offices.

  3. Please make sure you have all the documents (if any) that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  4. Fill the application form with the required information
  5. After the authorities validate your application and the documents that are submitted they will allow for building and other construction registration.

Photocopy of documents should be attached while applying in person and scanned documents should be uploaded while applying online. Keep all the documents in scanned form like JPEG, GIF and PDF, so that it can be uploaded while making online application on the website. If submitting in person, xerox copies needs to be attached.
