Nagaland - Online Apply to get Tenant Verification

Step 1:First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link: Required Documents to get Tenant Verification.

Step 2:Please use the following link to apply online: Apply Online.

Step 3:In the given new window, fill the Tenant’s details.Under purpose of applying, select “Tenant Verification” from the dropdown which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4:Upload the Tenant’s photo of max. 150 kb file size.

Step 5:Upload the Tenant’s signature of max. 150 kb file size.

Step 6:Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form .Now click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image. Submitted forms cannot be altered.

Step 7:You will have to go to the Police Station In-Person to receive the report once it is ready.

Step 8:Carry the Tenant’s Id Proof document to submit at the Office while receiving the Character Clearance Certificate.
