Apply In Person

1. To Registration of Sub Manufacturing Companies to the IMMEX Program, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Economy link

10. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
11. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
12. Upon approval, the Ministry of Economy issues an authorization allowing the Subcontractor to participate in the IMMEX Program under the subcontracting arrangement with the Master Company.
13. Both the Master Company and the Subcontractor must comply with all IMMEX Program requirements, including reporting obligations, recordkeeping, and other regulatory obligations.
14. This entire process can be completed within 15 days or per the timeline the respective department authority advised.

Eligibility

The following are the eligibility requirements to register a sub-manufacturing company to the IMMEX Program in Mexico:

• The sub-manufacturing company must be located in Mexico.
• The sub-manufacturing company must have a valid Mexican tax identification number (RFC).
• The sub-manufacturing company must have a valid IMMEX permit.
