Apply In-Person

  1. To obtain a Property Possession Certificate in manipur the applicant has to approach the Secretariat in the Revenue department.

  3. The applicant should get the application form from the Secretariat in the revenue department.
  4. Fill the application with the Required details.
  5. Now attach the required documents mentioned and submit the application to the concerned Officer in the department.
  6. Once the documents are submitted you will be provided with an acknowledgement, please keep it safe for future reference.
  7. It may take 7 days to process the application form.
  8. After processing your request, field verification will be done by the RDO or tahsildar or respective authorities.
  9. They notify you through e-mail or by SMS to collect the Property Possession Certificate when it’s ready.
  10. They will ask you to sign in a register for the collection of Property Possession Certificate



Apply through CSC:

  1. To obtain a Property Possession Certificate in Manipur you should approach the nearest CSC(Common Service Centre) in your locality.
  2. The applicant should get the application form from Service center.
  3. Please complete the application form and submit the application for Property Possession Certificate along with required documents listed below.
    • Revenue Village Number and Name
    • Patta Number
    • Dag Number
    • Land Class
    • AREA
    • Applicant details
    • Reason for applying the certificate.
  4. CSC person will forward the application online to the concerned authority. You will be provided with a unique number (application number).Keep it safe for Future reference.
  5. After processing your request, field verification will be done by the RDO or tahsildar or respective authorities.After successful Verification they will provide property possession certificate.
  6. Application status will be updated to the registered mobile number and mail id.You can check it Online.
  7. They notify you through e-mail or by SMS to collect the Property Possession Certificate when it’s ready. Provide a unique reference number to CSC person.
  8. They will ask you to sign in a register for the collection of Property Possession Certificate.



APPLY Online through e-District portal - Manipur Apply for Property Possession Certificate Online with Images

  1. First visit the web page of e-District portal which is mentioned below e-District portal
  2. After visiting the e-district portal page Select the citizen portal which is on the Right side.
  3. Click on the option ‘Click here Login with e-Pramaan the link will move to the e-Pramaan page.
  4. You have to register in the portal for applying Manipur Jamabandi.
  5. If you are a new member You need to create a New account Ny clicking ‘Create an account’You can register in the portal using any of the following options:
    • Registration using Aadhaar Number
    • Registration using Driving Licence
    • Registration without Identity verification
  6. If you have selected the Aadhaar number as an option, enter the Aadhaar number.you will get an OTP to the registered mobile number. Enter the same OTP for verification purpose.
  7. If you are using Driving Licence, enter the driving licence number, date of birth and captcha code
  8. You can also register in the portal without using any identity proof. Click on the third option and provide few details such as Personal Details, Address Identity information, Additional information.
  9. After registration, login to the e-District portal using username and password for applying Property possession Certificate.
  10. Next fill all the Required informations and Upload all the required documents Mentioned.
  11. On successful You will be provided with an Acknowledgment keep it safe for future reference.
  12. After processing your request, field verification will be done by the RDO or tahsildar or respective authorities.After successful Verification they will provide property possession certificate.
  13. You can also track the application in the same website through Application status.
  14. Once all the verification done you can download the application through the same website in the “Verify/Print” certificate Option.
  15. Enter the application number and print the Property possession Certificate.
