Maharashtra - Online Register a Firm or Company through state portal


Step 1 :First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. Please visit the following link to get the required documents list for this procedure Link for Register a Firm Required Documents page
Step 2 :Please use the following link to apply online :Link for online portal.
Step 3 :User will reach New User Registration screen as shown below. Please complete the page prompts with applicable details. Please follow the below image

Step 4 :Please scroll down to get prompts as shown below. Please complete the page prompts with applicable details and click “Register” button. Please see the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.<br>

Step 5 :Applicant shall process the resulting page. Please complete the online application page requirement to submit application online.
Step 6 :Applicant after submitting the application will get an system generated acknowledgement. Please keep it safe for future reference.
Step 7 :This submitted application will be processed internally. Notification about the progress or requirement of additional details will be sent to applicant through SMS or email.
Step 8 :Please follow the department guidelines to complete the process.
