Maharashtra - Online Get Permission for Safe Disposal of Electronic Waste

- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : Register yourself if you do not have an account in the portal. Click on “Back to Login” option if you have already registered in the MAITRI Portal. Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in RED.
- Step 4 : Fill all the details required in the Registration page to get a user ID and Password and click on “Register” button highlighted in RED.
- Step 5 : Now, login using the valid credentials by clicking “Log In” tab highlighted in RED and proceed to file an application for Bio-medical Waste Authorization.
- Step 6 : Proceed to fill Common Application Form before making use of any particular service in the portal. Click on “CAF” option under “CAF and Services” tab and fill the CAF as directed, make the payment as indicated and submit. Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in RED.
- Step 7 : Now, click on “Services Provided” option under “CAF and Services” tab and choose the department as Maharashtra Pollution Control Board and service as Authorization under E-waste rules. Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in RED.
- Step 8 : Application module will open. Fill the application with appropriate details and upload the required documents as well.
- Step 9 : Specify the processes that you are going to carry out and proceed. After completing, please submit the application.
- Step 10 : After successful submission of the application, it will be taken to the query and scrutiny at Regional office. If the concerned official finds any mistake in the application or documents attached, it will be returned to the industry online.
- Step 11 : The industry shall resubmit the application with proper corrections or clarifications for the mentioned deficiencies.
- Step 12 : After all the verification processes, the Authorization for E-waste shall be issued to the applicant with prior intimation.
