Apply In-Person:

  1. Applicant shall apply for solvency certificate through state Revenue Department. Through bank also we can obtain this certificate.
  2. This application should be made through thasildhar or the concerned competent authority for your Panchayat / Block / Circle / thasil / municipal limit.
  3. Link for the office contact details: Link AND Link please select the district as per the map to reach next page. In the given page please select menu option “DIRECTORY>PUBLIC CONVENIENCE>Municipality” OR “DIRECTORY>PUBLIC UTILITIES>Municipalities”OR “ABOUT THE DISTRICT” > “Who’s (Whose) who” to get contact details.
  4. Please go to the respective office. Consult with the authorities for any updated requirements.
  5. Applicant shall obtain the application form from the respective office (please pay for the form if required) Or a written application on A4 plain sheet as advised shall be used.
  6. The application for solvency certificate should be affixed with a court stamp fee as appropriate.
  7. Submit the completed application along with required documents as per our required document section.
  8. Authorities after checking the attached documents and application submitted will make entries and provide you record number for reference.
  9. This application will be processed internally. Respective authorities will do the ground level verification followed by scrutiny of the documents, movable and immovable property details provided by the applicant.
  10. Once the verification is over, these officials will submit their report to the respective authority to decide the issue of Certificate to the applicant.
  11. The status, viz. Approval or Rejection if any will be conveyed to the applicant through an SMS.
  12. If approved, the certificate will be issued as per applicable norms.



Apply through Aplesarkar - Maharashtra Obtain a Solvency Certificate Online with Images

  1. Use the following link to reach online portal. Link: link
  2. click on “citizen login” to login or use “New user? register here…” option to create new user account. Once it is created, log in using username and password.
  3. In the given page after login, search for “Revenue department” and click on it. Then click on “Solvency Certificate” to reach respective page.
  4. In the given page please fill necessary information prompted for online application then upload required document as appropriate and follow the rest of the screen prompt as applicable to apply online.
  5. User will get an acknowledgement. Keep it safe for future reference.
  6. This application will be processed further. Applicant will get certificate upon notification.



Note:
  • Applicant has to bring original documents for verification and scanning if required.
  • Without cross signature on photograph and signature on undertaking the application will be rejected
  • Based on value for which the solvency certificate is applied, application will be sent for approval with respective Sub Division Office /Deputy collector/Deputy commissioner/District Collector.



Apply Through Mobile App

  1. To Obtain a Solvency Certificate, the applicant can make the application via RTS Maharashtra app link
  2. After installing the app, click on “Getting Started” and “select language” to start the application.
  3. Then the applicant has to click the “revenue” menu and select “Solvency Certificate” and read the instruction and click “Apply”.
  4. Next the applicant has to enter the user ID and password and click “Login Now. If the applicant doesn’t have an account the applicant can click on “Register Now” and register an account.
  5. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  6. Make sure that the applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  7. Review the application and click “Submit”
  8. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  9. An acknowledgment receipt will be displayed. Please save it for future reference, it contains the application summary and contact details of the person to be contacted.
  10. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  11. The applicant can check the status of the application by clicking on “Track” menu by entering the department and application ID.
