Apply Online:

  1. To Link Aadhaar Card to Employee Provident Fund, the applicant has to make the application online via link
  2. The applicant has to log in with a UAN number and password and then click the “Sign in”
  3. Now click on the “KYC” option under the Manage tab.
  4. On the new page, enter the Aadhaar and PAN number on the Add KYC tab and click on “Submit”.
  5. Then all the details are shown under the Pending KYC tab.
  6. There is no fee for Link Aadhaar Card to Employee Provident Fund.
  7. Also, the successful registration of the link with the Aadhaar number will be generated through SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  8. This entire process can be completed within a few minutes.


Apply In-Person:

  1. To Link Aadhaar Card to Employee Provident Fund, the applicant has to approach the EMPLOYEES' PROVIDENT FUND ORGANISATION INDIA, MINISTRY OF LABOUR & EMPLOYMENT, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA Link
  2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  7. There is no fee for Link Aadhaar Card to Employee Provident Fund.
  8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  9. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will and update notifications be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  10. This entire process can be completed within 1 or 2 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.


Apply through app

  1. To Link Aadhaar Card to Employee Provident Fund, the applicant has to complete the process following through the app link
  2. After logging in, under the All Services Tab click on “EPFO”.
  3. Under eKYC services, the applicant has to click on “Aadhaar Seeding”.
  4. Enter the UAN and click on “Get OTP”. The applicant will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on the registered mobile number.
  5. The applicant has to enter the Aadhaar information and OTP.
  6. The applicant will again receive an OTP on the registered mobile number and email address.
  7. Enter the OTP, Once it is verified, the applicant's Aadhaar will be linked to the UAN.
  8. Once the linking is approved, the Aadhaar information will show under the 'Approved KYC' tab.
  9. Also, the successful registration of the link with the Aadhaar number will be generated through SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  10. There is no fee for Link Aadhaar Card to Employee Provident Fund.
