Download Online:
Using COWIN Portal

  1. Visit the official portal of Co-Win Website Link.
  2. Click on the “Register/Sign-in” option.
  3. Enter your mobile number and click on “Get OTP”.
  4. Then enter the 6 digit one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile and click the “Verify & Proceed” button.
  5. Now click on the “Vaccination Certificate” tab under your name.
  6. Then click on the “Download” button to get a soft copy of your vaccination certificate.


Download Via Apps:
Using Aarogya Setu App:

  1. Visit the Google Play Store to install the Aarogya Setu App: Link to Install App from Play Store. Or you can download if by scanning the QR code on the Arogya Sethu website Link to Website. Or you may also download it from the Apple Store, if you are an IPhone user Link to Apple Store.
  2. Open the app.
  3. Turn on Bluetooth and Location.
  4. Ensure that location sharing is set to ‘Always’.
  5. Sign-in to the app using your mobile number or Click on the “Register Now” button if you are a new user.
  6. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy carefully and click on “I Agree”.
  7. Allow access to Bluetooth and Location.
  8. Enter Mobile number and click on the “Submit” button.
  9. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile and click on the “Submit” button.
  10. Fill in your personal details like name, gender, age and profession.
  11. Then confirm submission by clicking on the “Submit” button.
  12. Now click on the “CoWin” tab at the top right corner.
  13. Click on the “Vaccination Certificate” option and enter your 13-digit beneficiary reference ID.
  14. Click on the “Get Certificate” button to download your vaccination certificate.


Download Using Digilocker App:

  1. Visit the Google Play Store to download the Digilocker app: Link to Download Application Or, in case you are an IPhone user, download it from the Apple store Link to Download for IPhone Users
  2. Sign-in using Mobile number/ Aadhar/ Username, Pin and OTP.
  3. Or Register by clicking on the “Create Account” button if you are a new user.
  4. Provide some personal details like Name, DOB, Gender, Security pin, Address, Mobile number, Email-id and Aadhar number.
  5. Click on the “Submit” button.
  6. Then, go to the “Health” section.
  7. Click on “The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare”.
  8. Select the “Vaccine Certificate” option.
  9. Enter your 13-digit beneficiary reference ID.
  10. Check the consent box and click on “Get Document” to download the vaccine certificate.


Download Using Umang App:

  1. Download the Umang app from Google Play Store using this link: Link to Download Umang App Or you may also download it on to you IPhone, from the Apple Store using this link: Link to Download from Apple Store.
  2. Log in using Mobile number and MPIN/ OTP or through Facebook/ Google accounts.
  3. If you are a new user, you may click on the “Register” button instead.
  4. Provide your mobile number and click on the “I agree” check box after reading the Terms and Conditions carefully.
  5. Then click on the “Register” button.
  6. Enter the 6 digit numeric OTP sent to your mobile and click on “Next”
  7. Scroll down to find and click on the “CoWIN” icon in the “What's New” section.
  8. Then click on “Download Vaccination Certificate”.
  9. Enter your mobile number and click on “Submit”.
  10. Then enter the OTP sent to your mobile and click “Verify OTP”.
  11. Your beneficiaries list will appear.
  12. Confirm the beneficiary’s name in the tab and download the vaccine certificate from there.

EligibilityEdit

You must have received the required number of doses of the Covid-19 vaccination, in order to be able to download the Final certificate. However, you can download a Provisional Certificate after getting the first dose.

The Corona Vaccination certificate is valid for lifetime.

InstructionsEdit

  • The Vaccination Centre is responsible for generating your certificate and for providing a printed copy (post vaccination) on the day of vaccination itself.
  • Please do insist on receiving the certificate at the Centre.
  • For Private Hospitals, the charges for providing a printed copy of the certificate are included in the service charge for vaccination.

  • You cannot download COVID vaccine certificate without a mobile number. You will need a mobile number to log-in to the CoWIN website, Aarogya Setu app, Umang app, and Digilocker app.
  • The Digilocker app and Aarogya Setu app require a beneficiary ID or reference number to download the certificate.
  • To download the COVID vaccine certificate without beneficiary ID or reference number, you can use the Umang app or the CoWIN portal.
