Apply In-Person

  1. A person desirous of making a complaint about water quality in Maharashtra must visit the concerned Maharashtra Water Supply and Sanitation office in the district. Click on the following link to find the address of each district link
  2. Write down the complaint in a detailed manner on white paper. Fill in your name, contact details, address and duration of issue.
  3. Attach documents or pictures of proof, if any.
  4. Duly sign the letter and submit it along with proof (if any) to the officer incharge in the Maharashtra Water Supply and Sanitation office.
  5. No fee is required for this procedure.
  6. The time limit for each complaint varies according to the credibility and importance of the complaint.
  7. Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified via Email/SMS/Letter.
