Apply Online:

  4. Next the applicant has to enter their particulars and upload the supporting documents (If Applicable).

  6. The applicant will receive an SMS and Email regarding successful completion of complaint and the applicant will also receive a complaint number. Save it for reference.
  7. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  8. Then the authority will enquire regarding the complaint and contact the applicant.
  9. Then the concerned authority will take action regarding the complaint.
  10. This entire process can be completed within 7- 15 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
