Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. Applicant has to get the letter head for the firm and should get required document as per our page.
2. Applicant should go to the Director of Agriculture to apply.

4. Please collect the appropriate application form as per officer’s advice or write on a A4 sheet.
5. Link to download form online: link
6. Submit the completed application with required documents as mentioned in our required documents session.
7. After accepting the application, officials will advise the amount to be remitted as per the mode (treasury challan or as acceptable).
8. Applicant after remitting the mentioned amount, should provide the same to the department authority for processing.
9. Applicant will get receipt for the remitted fees. Please keep the receipt and acknowledgement safe for future reference.
10. This application will be processed by the respective department.
11. Applicant will get intimation for inspection of premises.
12. Authorities will inspect the business place and do their due diligence for the machine / other apparatus as mentioned in application by applicant.
13. Once all the process yields satisfactory result, Applicant gets intimation to collect the License.
14. On the said date, applicant can collect the license.

2. In the given page, applicant has to fill in the credentials and hit “login” to login. If you are new user, then please use register here option to register and then login.
3. Once login, user will get the page for selecting option under agriculture. Select “Issue licence to carry on the business of Dealer in seed (State Level)”.
4. Please follow as per page prompts, upload documents as required.
5. User will get to complete the payment gateway as provided and have to save the acknowledgement for future reference.
6. This application will be processed by respective department.
7. Applicant gets update of the application status in his mobile through SMS.
8. Applicant shall use the application number/id to track the application through online portal.
9. Please follow the page prompt to acquire the license as notified.

1. Please follow the link to apply online:link
2. In the given page, please select “Dealer License” option under “Seed” on the left part of the screen.
3. A new page will be displayed. Please select “Retail Dealer(ADO District Level)” option and select the district from the drop down list under District. Please click “Submit” button.
4. Apply online page will be displayed. Go through the details and click “Submit” button.
5. Please complete prompts for given Application for New Seed Dealer licence page as per prompt. Upload required documents as applicable.
6. Finally click “Submit” button at the bottom of the page to submit application online.
7. Please follow the resulting page requirement to get system generated acknowledgement. Please save it for future reference.
8. This application will be processed by respective department.
9. Applicant gets update of the application status in his mobile through SMS.
10. Applicant shall use the application number/id to track the application through online portal.
11. Please follow the page prompt to acquire the license as notified.

Eligibility

• Any person desiring to sell, stock or exhibit or distribute any seed is eligible to make an application to the licensing officer for the grant of a license.
• Advised balance on applicants account.

Fees

Rs.1000/-

Validity

A license granted, shall be valid for the period specified therein, May be renewed from time to time for such period and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed.
