#Complete the application form with the mandatory details. The applicant should mention the nominee details with care (in case of nominee application form is available, then fill it accordingly). Attach the document as per the “Required Documents” section of this page and submit it to the designated receiving authority as advised.
#After receiving the application, authorities will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted. The applicant shall follow the guidelines of the authorities to complete the enrolment process.
#The authorities will make entries about this application in the manual record or electronically using the computer.#Acknowledgement receipt will be given against every form received. So, collect it and please keep it safe for future reference.
#Applicant will be informed of the probable date of getting approval for the scheme.

#This application will be processed further. The concerned authorities will verify the applicant’s details and documents. If required, the authorities will visit the applicant’s place as per the address provided on the application form to make field verification.
#After verification, these applications will be sent to the respective sanctioning department with the consent of the verification authorities.
#Concerned sanctioning department will approve the application. The sanctioned application will be forwarded to the appropriate authority for the grant of premium. Once the above said steps are completed, the applicant will be sanctioned for the scheme with a unique policy number and membership number.
#The status, viz. Approval, will be conveyed to the applicant through an “SMS”.
#The policy will be hand-delivered or delivered through post or delivered as per department norms.
