Madhya Pradesh - Online Complaint about Faulty Electricity Meter
- Step 1:First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link: Required Documents to Complaint about Faulty Electricity Meter.
- Step 2:Please use the following link to register your complaint to the Madhya Pradesh Madhya KshetraVidyutVitaran Company Limited: Apply Online.
- Step 3: Click on “Online LT Services” menu and then select “Meter Replacement/Faulty Meter” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 4:Enter Ivrs/Customer id to Apply Online for Meter replacement and click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 5:Fill out all the mandatory details required. Refer to the “Required Information” section in this procedure to fill the required details.
- Step 6:Save the form and click on “Submit” button.
- Step 7:The complaint is now fully submitted.
- Step 8:After the complaint is submitted the fuse man will visit for the inspection of the faulty meter and replace the meter from the local or centralized location.
- Step 9:The department will inform to the consumer to either collect the repaired meter or the replaced meter until which the consumer needs to wait until further notice from the department.
- Step 10:The consumer must follow the department notice and regulations to get the electricity meter fixed.
