Madhya Pradesh - Online Apply to get Servant (Domestic Help) Verification

Step 2:Please use the following link to apply online: Apply Online.

Step 3:In the home page select “Sign In” option at the top .If you are a new user, create a new user account with your details by selecting “Create Login” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image. In the new user form fill-up the required details and select “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image

Step 4:Now login with your account and select the Domestic/Unorganized option from the Civil Services.

Step 5:In the given new window, fill the Servant’s details.

Step 6:Fill in the required employer or householder’s details.

Step 7:Upload the photo and required documents of the Servant in the required size and file format.

Step 8:Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.

Step 9:Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.

Step 10:The details of your application will be sent to your registered mobile number or E-Mail Id.
