Madhya Pradesh - Online Apply to get Employee (Job) Verification


Step 1:First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link: Required Documents to get Employee (Job) Verification.
Step 2:Please use the following link to apply online: Apply Online.
Step 3:If you are a new user, create a new user account by selecting “Create login” option, which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image. Now new user Registration page opens fill-up the requested details and click on the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4:Login with your new User Id and Password.
Step 5:From the given verification services, select Employee Verification.
Step 6:In the employee verification form, fill all the required details of the employer.
Step 7:Fill in the required details of the person to be verified/employee.
Step 8:Upload the scanned copies of the required documents in the specified file size and format (Check required documents section for further details).
Step 9:Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
Step 10:Pay the required processing fee.
Step 11:Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.
Step 12:You can download the report by logging into the Citizen Portal once it is ready.
