Madhya Pradesh - Online Apply Income Certificate

- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “income certificate” option under “Certificate services” section to apply for the service. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 4 : Now enter your mobile number in the textbox and click “Get OTP” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Enter the OTP in the textbox and click “VERIFY” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Now enter the base number and click “Get OTP” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : Complete the application form with valid details and click “Submit” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : After successful submission of the application, applicant will receive the acknowledgement.
- Step 9 : Please keep the acknowledgement for future reference.
- Step 10 : This application will be processed by the respective department as per how it will be processed in person.
- Step 11 : Applicant will get notification about the status on his registered mobile number provided while applying.
- Step 12 : Later applicant shall download the certificate or collect it from the office as per norms.
