Apply In-Person:

  1. To register cyber café, the owner has to register it with the registering agency as notified by the central or state government and obtain URN (Unique Registration Number) .
  2. Please visit your municipal/municipal corporation office of your area and consult with the designated authority about the current updated norms.


Apply for Licence from Local Administration

  1. Applicant has to apply with the local administration for license to operate the centre.
  2. Link for contact details : link
  3. Go to the respective office and meet the respective authority at the office.
  4. Collect the applicable application form or write on a plain A4 paper as per advice.

  6. Submit the completed application form along with required document as per our page.
  7. Authorities will check the submitted application and announce the fees / charges. Please pay and get the receipt.
  8. This application will be processed further. There will be an inspection process from the civic authorities to check the facilities.
  9. After all the above steps, applicant gets notification from the department. Please follow the notification to get the license.


Apply for Cyber License

  1. Applicant shall go to their local police station and consult with the station in charge about the cyber license process.

  3. As advised applicant shall approach district police commissioner / police head quarter office to apply.
  4. Go to the office, obtain application form or write on a A4 sheet as advised.
  5. Please submit the application along with required documents.
  6. Accepted application will be processed.
  7. Inspection from local police / designated authority will be conducted to inspect the basic parameters as laid by the department.
  8. Applicant will get clearance from the police department depending upon the report (adhering to the requirements of facility location and requirements).


Note:
  • It is advised to consult with municipal administration for your area to get information on any updated norms,
  • Every unit should have toilets and clean drinking water facility.
  • Internet café owners should follow covid 19 norms as laid by their respective state.



Apply online:

  1. Please follow the link to reach the online portal link: portal.
  2. In the given page, please scroll down and click the “Udyam Registration (Online Registration for MSME)” option to reach the “MSME / Udyam Registration Process” page.
  3. Here, please click on the “For New Entrepreneurs who are not Registered yet as MSME or those with EM-II” option to reach the “UDYAM REGISTRATION FORM - For New Enterprise who are not Registered yet as MSME” page.
  4. Here, please enter the aadhaar number at the prompt space under “1. Aadhaar Number” and name as per aadhaar under “2. Name of Entrepreneur”. Please make sure to click the checkbox for the declaration and click the “Validate & Generate OTP” button to get a new pop-up.
  5. Also, an “OTP” will be sent to the mobile number linked with the aadhaar. Please enter the “OTP” at the prompt under “Enter One Time Password(OTP) Code” and click the “Validate” button to get the online registration form.
  6. Please complete the page prompts as appropriate. Upload the required documents at the prompted space.
  7. Once all the mandatory details are filled, please click the checkbox for the declaration and click the “Submit” button at the bottom to get a new pop-up.
  8. Also, an “OTP” will be sent to the mobile number linked with the aadhaar. Please enter the “OTP” at the prompted space under “Enter One Time Password(OTP) Code” and enter the verification as per the image at the prompted space as applicable and click the “Final Submit” button.
  9. A pop-up with an alert message will be provided. Please click the “OK” button and follow the resulting on screen information.
  10. Please save the acknowledgement slip for the online submission of the application for future reference.
  11. This application will be processed further. Please follow the department’s notification and follow their guidelines to get the card.
  12. The card will be delivered to the address mentioned on the application, or it will be delivered as per applicable norms.



Apply through Centres:

  1. To apply through centres, the applicant has to visit the respective “CSC” centre. Please tap on the following link to locate the centre according to the respective district: link.
  2. Make sure to have the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  3. It is advised to take the documents in original to the kiosk for scanning purposes.
  4. The operator will process the application online.
  5. On successful submission, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement.
  6. The status, viz. Approval or Rejection if any, will be conveyed to the applicant through an SMS.
  7. If verified, the certificate will be hand delivered or sent through post to the address mentioned while applying in a stipulated period of time.

  • No Objection Certificate from the Owner of the place
