Kerala - Online Register a Firm or Company through state portal

Step 1 :First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. Please visit the following link to get the required documents list for this procedure:Link for Register a Firm Required Documents page

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online :Link for online portal

Step 3 : User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please select “New firm Registration” under “Registration” on the right side of the page. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 4 : User will reach User Registration screen as shown below. Please complete the page prompts, upload required documents and click “Submit” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 5 :Please go back to the home page as shown below. Please enter the login credentials as appropriate and click “Submit” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Green”.

Step 6 :Applicant will reach online application page. Please complete the page prompts with applicable details. Please complete all the requirements to submit application online as appropriate.

Step 7 : Once the above steps are complete, applicant will get a confirmation and reference number in the mobile number provided during registration. Keep it safe for future reference.

Step 8 :This submitted application will be processed internally. Notification about the progress or requirement of additional details will be sent to applicant through SMS or email.

Step 9 : Please follow the department guidelines to complete the process.
