Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
Step 3 : In this page please click “Certificate Search” option to apply for the service. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.

Step 4 : Now choose your district, localbody type and localbody from the drop down menu and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 5 : Now choose the birth registration year from the list of available options.

Step 6 : Now complete the registration form with valid details and click “Search” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 7 : If applicant found the birth registration records then they can apply for this service to obtain the certificate.
Step 8 : Please use the appropriate option listed to get print out if it is sufficient to serve your purpose.
