Kerala - Online Apply for Temporary Electricity Supply

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to Apply for Temporary Electricity Supply

Step 2 : To apply online click on the following link : Apply Online.

Step 3 : Click on “Online Registration” which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow in the below image.

Step 4 : In the Register page click on the dropdown box which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow in the below image and select your preferred option.

Step 5 : After selecting the preferred option enter the required details and click on “Create account” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 6 : An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number enter the OTP and click on the “Verify” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 7 : An application form with 4 sections: Connection details, Addresses, Other Details, Upload Documents and Submit will appear on the screen.First fill all the information in ‘Connection details’ section,after filling all the information click on the “Proceed to fill the address” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 8 : Now fill all the details in the ‘Addresses’ section as shown in the image.

Step 9 : After filling all the details in the Addresses section click on the “Save & Proceed to preference section” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 10 : Next fill all the details in “Other Details” section as shown in the image.

Step 11 : After filling all the details in the Addresses section click on the “Save & Proceed to upload required documents” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 12 : To upload identity proof click on the “Select proof of identity” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image. To upload owership proof click on the “Select Proof of ownership” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 13 : After uploading the documents click on the “Proceed to final submission of the application” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 14 : Now check all the details in this section.If you want to edit some details click on the “Edit this section” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 15 : After checking all the details click on the “Submit application” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 16 : Read the information shown and click on the “Submit application” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 17 : Read the instruction above.Your receipt will be shown you can download or take a printout of the receipt.

Step 18 : To Print the receipt click on the “Print Receipt” button which is highlighted in ‘Green” in the below image. To download the receipt click on the “Download Application” button which is highlighted in ‘Green” in the below image.

Step 19 : The application will be reviewed and the applicant will be contacted by the KSEB Ltd personnel through email/mobile no.

Step 20 : Once verification is successful, connection will be effected according to consumer’s application.
