Kerala - Online Apply for Property Possession Certificate
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Property Possession Certificate
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “New PortalUserCreation” option to register into the portal and apply for the services. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 4 : Now complete the registration form and click the checkbox highlighted in RED. Then click “Validate” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : After verification click “Register” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Now enter the password received on your email and phone. Then click “Confirm” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : Now click “For Login Click Here” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Enter your login name and password in the textbox and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : Click “Applicant Registration” option under “One Time Registration” section which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 10 : Complete the registration form and click “Check Duplicate” tab. If everything is fine then “Submit” tab appears. Click it now to complete the registration process. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.
- Step 11 : Note down your registration number which appears on the popup box and click “Ok” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 12 : Now select “Apply For A Certificate” section highlighted in RED at the left side of the page. Then in the next page click “Get Started” button which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 13 : Now select the “eDistrict Register No” as applicable and certificate type as “Possession” from the dropdown menu. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED. Then click “Save” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 14 : Now enter the received OTP in the textbox and click “Submit Application” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 15 : To attach the files click “Choose File” tab and then click “Save” tab to save the document. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 16 : Now move to payment section and complete payment by clicking “Make Payment” tab which is highlighted in RED.
- Step 17 : In the next screen select appropriate payment option and click “Make Payment” tab which is highlighted in RED.
- Step 18 : This application will be processed by respective department.
- Step 19 : Once the certificate is processed, user shall print the certificate using the same page by login.
