*Officials of this grant will go to the national civil registry (where all data on all births and deaths is collected) and get data;

*Lists of beneficiaries are generated after looking at the data got from the national civil registry.

*The generated beneficiary lists are sent to the village chairpersons for validation at the community level by the community members themselves.

You can get a grant to see you through your old age. An older persons grant is paid to women and men of kenyan who are 60 years. This grant used to be called the old age pension. This is Cash Transfer programme for government of Kenya for  national social protection that serves the non-pensionable and aged Kenyans, who are not formally employed but growing in age. <br><br>

Procedure

Apply in person
