Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. The application form for renewal of registering as a veterinary practitioner in Bangalore Urban is available in the Bangalore Urban Veterinary Council.Link link
2. After getting the application form, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary details.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry the originals and photocopies of the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. Applicant has to attach the photocopies of the documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
5. Fee must be paid as per the request of the authority.
6. Submit the form and documents to the officer.
7. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly, the applicant can get their renewal within 15 days.
8. If the renewal has not been done within a month, the applicant can reach out to the help of the council to know details on their application.

2. After opening the above-mentioned website, the applicant needs to enter their “Registration No”.
3. After entering that and clicking on the “I’m not a robot” tab, the form for renewal of application is opened.
4. The applicant should fill in all the necessary details in the registration form.
5. If necessary, the applicant should attach the digital copies of the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. After completing all the above, the applicant can click on the “Submit” button.
7. It is a 15-day process.
