Procedure

Apply Online:

1. To Register a Dental Clinic, the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “CREATE NEW ACCOUNT” button.
3. The applicant has to enter all the details for the registration process and click the “Submit” button.
4. Please log in through the Login Id by clicking on the “Please Sign In” button.
5. Enter the details and click the “Login” button.
6. In the following list, the applicant has to select “New application”.
7. Also, upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
8. After completing all the details, click the “Save & Craft” button.
9. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
10. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
11. The concerned officer will inspect the clinic to ensure safety measures if everything is found to be okay.
12. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
13. Once the process gets completed, the concerned officer will issue a license for the license.
14. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline the respective department authority advised.

Apply In Person

1. To Register a Dental Clinic in India, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Health link
2. An application form will be proved to the applicant by the concerned officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting it.
6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
9. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
10. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
11. The concerned officer will inspect the clinic to ensure safety measures if everything is found to be okay.
12. Once the process gets completed, the concerned officer will issue a license for the license.
13. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline the respective department authority advised.
