Step 5 : Among the given options click on “Application for Issue of New License to the Contractor” hypertext which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image below to reach a new page.

Step 6 : Applicant will reach "Application for Licence" page as shown in the image below. At first you have to enter basic information of the contractor as per page prompts.

Step 7 : Next, you should enter the Particulars of the Establishment accordingly which is given in the image below.

Step 8 : Next, provide the Particulars of the Contractors which is displayed in the image below.

Step 9 : After providing relevant information you need to upload only the required documents as given in the image below.

Step 10 : Lastly, click on “SAVE And Continue for Digital Payment” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below at the bottom of the page.

Step 11 : Please follow the resulting page prompts to make payment and submit the application using the applicable button.

Step 12 : A system generated acknowledgement will be provided along with Temporary Application Number. Please save it for future reference.

Step 13 : An SMS alert will be sent to the applicant regarding application submission.

Step 14 : Application will be forwarded online to the concerned department.

Step 15 : After scrutiny by the designated authority, short fall in the documentation if any will be intimated through SMS along with the date of inspection.

Step 16 : Department authorities will verify the documents, Inspect the premises and clarify their queries.

Step 17 : The Application along with report will be forwarded to the issuing authority concerned.

Step 18 : If the applications is found to be correct, applicant will get notification about the sanction through SMS in their registered mobile number.

Step 19 : This certificate shall be hand delivered or sent through post as per applicable norms.
