Karnataka - Online Get Duplicate Diploma Certificate
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for obtaining duplicate diploma certificate
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In the new screen please select “DEPARTMENTS & SERVICES” menu and select “Technical Education” sub option which is in page number 7. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.
- Step 4 : A list of service will be displayed. Please select “Application for Duplicate Diploma Certificate” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : A new screen will be displayed. Please go through the information and click “Apply Online” button which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Now click “New user ? Register here” option highlighted in RED in the below image to register into the portal.
- Step 7 : Enter your aadhar number in the textbox and click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Now enter the OTP in the textbox and click “Continue” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : To allow permission to access the files stored in digilocker, click “Allow” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 10 : Once login, Please complete the online application form. Upload documents at prompted space and make payment for the procedure.
- Step 11 : Please submit application by using the appropriate button.
- Step 12 : Pay the fee amount as applicable. Please save the system generated acknowledgement for future reference.
- Step 13 : Please follow the notification from the department to get the certificate.
