- To Complaint about Quality of Water (Residential), the applicant has to make the application online via link link
- The applicant has to select the department.

- A person desirous of making a complaint about water quality in Karnataka must visit the concerned Karnataka Water Supply and Drainage Board office in the district. Click on the following link to find the address of each district link
- Write down the complaint in a detailed manner on white paper. Fill in your name, contact details, address and duration of issue.
- Attach documents or pictures of proof, if any.
- Duly sign the letter and submit it along with proof (if any) to the officer incharge in the Karnataka Water Supply and Drainage Board office.
- No fee is required for this procedure.
- The time limit for each complaint varies according to the credibility and importance of the complaint.
- Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified via Email/SMS/Letter.

- Once the SMS received to the concern office, the officer will contact the person to collect details.
