Jharkhand - Online Apply for Manufacture License under Weights and Measure

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : In the given page please click “Login” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 4 : User will reach new page. Please select “USER LOGIN” button which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 5 : Please enter the user name, password and click “LOGIN” button to login which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 6 : If you are a new user then use the “User Registration” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image and follow the registration page prompts to complete the registration process and then login.

Step 7 : Once login, applicant will get a new page. Now click on “Manufacturer License” option under “Manufacturer” option at the left side of the page which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 8 : Please fill the required details of applicant in the application form and click “Save & Next” tab highlighted in RED.

Step 9 : Upload required documents as per the prompt and submit your application online.

Step 10 : A system generated acknowledgement will be provided. Please save it for future reference.

Step 11 : An SMS alert will be sent to the applicant regarding application submission.

Step 12 : Application will be forwarded online to the concerned Assistant Controller or the authority concerned.

Step 13 : After scrutiny by the Assistant Controller or the authority concerned, short fall in the documentation if any will be intimated through SMS along with the date of inspection.

Step 14 : The premises will be inspected by the concerned Legal Metrology Officer and documents in original will be verified and fee along with security deposit if applicable would be collected.

Step 15 : The Application along with inspection report will be forwarded to the issuing authority concerned.

Step 16 : The status, viz. Approval or Rejection if any will be conveyed to the applicant through an SMS.

Step 17 : If approved, certificate will be delivered as per applicable norms.
