Jammu and Kashmir - Online Obtain Birth Certificate

- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “Online Birth Certificate” option to apply for the service. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 4 : Then click “Birth Certificate” menu which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Now click “Yes” option to proceed further. Then click “OK” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Now select appropriate option from the dropdown menu and click “Apply” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : Now enter the valid details in the textbox and click “Apply” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : If all the details are in place, your application will be submitted successfully.
- Step 9 : After successful submission of your request, you will be notified to download or collect the birth certificate.
