Procedure

A Copy of high School Transcripts can be acquired at the institution where the applicant obtained the diploma or at a notary.

Apply In Person

1. To Get a Copy of High School Transcripts, the applicant must approach their respective high school registrar office where they completed.
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
