  1. To Get Candidate data from Employment Exchange, first the applicant must register themselves as an employer with their state employment exchange. The registration can be done either via online or applying directly

Apply Online

  1. To Get Candidate data from Employment Exchange, the applicant must make their application using the following link link
  2. The applicant must click Employer and select Find Candidates from the drop – down menu.
  3. Then the applicant must enter their username and password and click “sign in”
  4. Next the applicant can find the candidates by select the sector whichever they want.
  5. Then they can see the list of candidates in the selected sector.
  6. Then applicant can print or download the candidate data as per their needs.
  7. The fee for getting candidate data is free of cost.
  8. The processing time of this procedures completes within a day.



Apply In Person

  1. To Get Candidate data from Employment Exchange, the applicant must approach the State Employment exchange office link
  2. The applicant must meet the concerned officer and request for candidate data.
  3. The concerned officer will as for identity confirming that they are register as employer in employment exchange.
  4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Then the concerned officer will provide the data of candidates that are requested.
  6. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as per the authority’s request.
