Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. A person desirous of making a complaint about water quality in Haryana must visit the concerned Haryana Public Health Engineering Department office. Click on the following link to find the address of each district link
2. Write down the complaint in a detailed manner on white paper. Fill in your name, contact details, address and duration of issue.
3. Attach documents or pictures of proof, if any.
4. Duly sign the letter and submit it along with proof (if any) to the officer incharge in the Haryana Public Health Engineering Department office.
5. No fee is required for this procedure.
6. The time limit for each complaint varies according to the credibility and importance of the complaint.
7. Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified via Email/SMS/Letter.
   

Apply Online

1. A person desirous of making a complaint about water quality in Haryana must visit the Haryana Public Health Engineering Department website link
2. On the homepage, under the “Citizen Corner” click on the “Lodge New Complaint & Check Status” option.
3. Under it click “Lodge New Complaint” button.
4. Enter your number and the captcha.
5. Click on “Get OTP” button.
6. Enter the OTP and click the “Submit” button.
7. On a new page, an e-form will appear.
8. Fill in details like name, father’s name, contact details and address details.
9. Select your complaint type and sub-type.
10. Fill in your complaint details in the given box and click the “Save” button.
11. An e-receipt will be generated with a complaint number.
12. Revisit the website to know your complaint status link.
13. On the homepage, under the “Citizen Corner” click on the “Lodge New Complaint & Check Status” option.
14. Under it click “Check Complaint Details” button.
15. On the next page
16. Enter your mobile number and provide the OTP generated.
17. Enter the captcha and click “Find Status.”
18. Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified via Email/SMS/Letter.
